License & Terms of Use

Please review this license before purchasing or using any DigiVisionWorld digital product.

Allowed uses

  • Personal, non-commercial projects
  • Editing, resizing and customizing the design
  • Printing for your own personal use
  • Use in one final personal project per purchase

Not allowed

  • Reselling or redistributing the original file
  • Using the design for a client or commercial brand
  • Claiming the design as your own original work
  • Sharing the file publicly as a free resource

Allowed uses

  • Client and commercial projects
  • Use across multiple end-products for one brand or client
  • Editing, resizing, recoloring and customizing the design
  • Use in marketing, social media and print materials

Not allowed

  • Reselling the original source file as a template or product
  • Sub-licensing the file to third parties
  • Registering the design as a trademark
  • Using it to create a directly competing standalone product

Terms of Use

1. Ownership

All digital products sold on DigiVisionWorld remain the intellectual property of DigiVisionWorld / Design by KJ. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the files under the terms applicable to that purchase. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the original design or source files.

2. Digital Delivery

Digital products are supplied electronically. Available download information is provided through the EDD purchase flow and may also be sent to the email address used for the order.

3. License Scope

Each purchase is subject to the license type shown on the individual product page. A Personal License is intended for personal, non-commercial use. A Commercial License, where offered, permits the commercial and client use described on the product page and in this license.

4. Modifications

You may edit, resize, recolor and adapt a purchased file to fit your project, provided that the resulting use remains within the license purchased.

5. Resale & Redistribution

The original source files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly or offered as standalone downloadable resources, templates or products.

6. Client & Commercial Use

Client or commercial use requires the applicable Commercial License where one is offered. A Personal License does not permit use for a client, business brand or other commercial project.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy . Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where required by applicable law.

8. Digital Content & Withdrawal Rights

Where applicable law permits immediate supply of digital content subject to prior express consent and acknowledgement, the customer's statutory withdrawal rights may be affected once supply begins. The applicable checkout acknowledgement is presented before purchase.

9. Termination

Use outside the terms of the applicable license, including unauthorized resale or redistribution, may result in termination of the license to use the product.
