When can I request a refund?

DigiVisionWorld sells digital products that are delivered electronically. Once digital content is accessed or downloaded, the circumstances affecting refund eligibility may differ from those that apply before delivery begins.

Problems with a purchased file

Please contact Support if a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible or materially different from the description. Where appropriate, we will first try to resolve the technical problem or provide the correct file.
