We provide design and development services on a project or hourly basis, as described on our Services page and agreed with each client individually via our contact form, email, or a written quote. Rates displayed on the Website are current introductory rates and may change at any time; the rate confirmed in writing at the time of your enquiry applies to your project.
We sell ready-made, downloadable Digital Products through our e-store. Each product listing describes its contents, file formats, and permitted use. Digital Products are delivered electronically via a secure download link sent to the email address used at checkout — no physical item is shipped.
An order for a Digital Product is placed through our e-store checkout. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed and an order confirmation is sent to your email. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, as this is how your download link and receipt are delivered.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Payment for Digital Products is due in full at checkout via our integrated payment gateway. For commissioned Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% of the project fee is payable upfront before work begins, with the balance due upon delivery, in line with the pricing terms shown on our Services page. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in a package are billed at the rate stated for that service, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the final delivered design files (website, logo, branding assets, or Digital Product) for the purpose agreed at the time of commissioning, or, for Digital Products, for the personal or business use described in the product listing.
This section applies specifically to Digital Products purchased through our e-store:
To deliver your project on time and to specification, we rely on you to: provide timely feedback during the revision stages, supply necessary brand assets, text content, and account access (e.g. hosting, domain) where required, and respond to requests for approval within a reasonable time. Delays in client feedback may extend the project timeline accordingly.
Our standard process follows four stages, as also described on our Services page: (1) Project brief — understanding your goals and requirements; (2) Design concept — first draft based on your brief; (3) Revisions — refinement based on your feedback, within the included revision rounds; (4) Final delivery — handover of completed files.
Deliverables are provided electronically (files, access credentials, or a live website) once the final payment has been received. Delivery timelines are agreed on a per-project basis at the quote stage; they are estimates and may shift due to scope changes or delayed client feedback.
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds, as stated in the relevant Services & Pricing description at the time of your order. Requests beyond the included rounds, or changes that materially expand the original brief, are treated as additional work and quoted/billed separately.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DigiVisionWorld retains the copyright in preliminary concepts, unused design drafts, and any proprietary tools, code snippets, or templates used to build a deliverable. Full copyright in final, delivered, and fully paid-for custom design work transfers to the client upon full payment, except for: (a) any third-party assets (stock photography, fonts, plugins) licensed rather than owned, which remain subject to their original license terms; and (b) Digital Products, which are licensed, not sold outright, as described under "Digital downloads" above.
We reserve the right to decline, pause, or terminate a project or order if a client breaches these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or fails to make agreed payments. Where a project is terminated partway through, fees are due for work completed up to that point, and any upfront payment is non-refundable to the extent it corresponds to work already performed — see also our Refund Policy.
Our Services and Digital Products are provided on an "as is" / "as described" basis. While we take care to deliver high-quality, functional design work, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, traffic, or conversion results) arising from use of a website, brand identity, or Digital Product we provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to the Services or Digital Products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from use of our deliverables, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory EU or Estonian consumer protection law.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the Services and Digital Products is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
